Beautiful Wood Floors Found Under the Carpet

Beautiful Wood Floors Found Under the Carpet

A few years ago, while my wife and I were looking at homes to buy I had one thing that I really wanted, and that was nice wood floors.  So, long story short, every house we looked at, I looked under the carpet (in the corners of course) to see what type of flooring weas under there.  I was lucky, I found a nice place with beautiful Oak flooring, and this is the real stuff, not the fake looking and plastic feeling flooring and of today.  All the floor needed was a refresh: a good sanding to take away the carpet marks and a nice even shine thoughout the whole house.  There are many ways to accomplish this, do it yourself or hire someone.
