Vanguard students collect clothing for local church | Community Spirit

Local students at Vanguard Charter Academy have partnered with local moving company Two Men and a Truck and Grace Bible Church in Grandville to collect warm clothes for those in need this winter.

Over the past month, Vanguard students have collected piles of new and gently used clothing including jackets, gloves, scarves, long pants, sweaters, shoes and socks to donate to the church’s Garments of Praise clothing drive.  Two Men and a Truck picked up the garments and delivered them to the church’s clothing closet Friday.  The Garments of Praise ministry gives out the new and gently used clothing to anyone in need throughout the winter months.
